I believe that to be a "whole" leader in HR we must to have 3 balanced sets of capability in Head (analytical), Heart (emotional), and Guts (intuitive).

MY INNOVATIVE PROJECT & IDEA

As part of learning process and pursuing my master's degree, I created several ideas and think piece to address current talent issues.

1. Talent Retain: Analyzing Toxic Employees with the Use of Emotion AI

Based on my personal experience that from different companies I have worked for, at least there was one or few person(s) who were being avoided to work with for their "toxic behavior" tendency. If the situation get worsen, it could make other employees feel discomfort, and moreover be the reason behind their intention to find another opportunity outside current organization. The use of emotion AI will be leveraged to address this issue. (Read more)

2. Talent Scarcity: Government & Company's Part of Responsibility

This is my first think piece in seeing the talent scarcity phenomenon. Korn Ferry published a report in 2018 that the talent shortage crisis is looming over organizations and economies. Funny that it's contradict if we compare the numbers of world population today is already reach more than 8 billion people! (Read more)
