It's an Indonesian word, derived from Sanskrit, to refer human.

As one of the critical piece of organization is human, and also quoting from my favorite HR expert, Dave Ulrich:

“What’s the differentiator of an organization to another? It’s not about financial (because you can find any banks that you can rent money from it), it's neither about strategy (blue/purple/green/any color, you pick), neither about technology, but it's organization, the people inside.”

Therefore, this website is dedicated to give insights on how hr management should be implemented, especially to answer the current challenges and changes.

When the COVID-19 crisis increased in 2021, McKinsey also released a research result that HR can help propel the business to be ready for the future through the 3 main areas: purpose, value, and culture.
